Aktywność biologiczna Bacillus amyloliquefaciens wobec Fusarium spp. wyizolowanych z pędów szparaga (Asparagus officinalis L.)

2016

Patogeny roślin, takie jak Fusarium spp. to najważniejsze czynniki, które co roku powodują znaczne straty i/lub uszkodzenia produktów rolnych. Celem przeprowadzonych badań była ocena in vitro właściwości biologicznych B. amyloliquefaciens wobec F. proliferatum i F. oxysporum wyizolowanych z pędów bielonego szparaga odmiany Grolim. W badaniach uwzględniono: gęstość i wiek hodowli bakterii, rodzaj podłoża oraz wpływ płynu pohodowlanego. Ocenę właściwości antagonistycznych hodowli bakterii 6, 12, 24 i 48- godzinnych przeprowadzono w oparciu o wskaźniki: zdolność kiełkowania zarodników, tempo wzrostu liniowego i indeks tempa wzrostu grzybów z zastosowaniem podłoży PDA oraz szparagowego. Cause and duration of mustard incorporation effects on soil-borne plant pathogenic fungi

2009

International audience; Two fungal plant pathogens, Rhizoctonia solani AG 2-2 and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lini, were studied in relation to general responses of soil fungi and bacteria following incorporation of Brassica juncea. Our aim was to understand to what extent the changes in the biological and physicochemical characteristics of the soil could explain the effects on the studied pathogens and diseases, and to determine the temporal nature of the responses. Short-term effects of mustard incorporation (up to 4 months) were investigated in a microcosm experiment, and compared with a treatment where composted plant material was incorporated. In a field experiment, the responses were fol…

Emerging fungi and mycotoxins in crops in the framework of climate change. Design of strategies for their prevention and control

2015

Fungal Biofilms as a Valuable Target for the Discovery of Natural Products That Cope with the Resistance of Medically Important Fungi—Latest Findings

2021

The development of new antifungal agents that target biofilms is an urgent need. Natural products, mainly from the plant kingdom, represent an invaluable source of these entities. The present review provides an update (2017–May 2021) on the available information on essential oils, propolis, extracts from plants, algae, lichens and microorganisms, compounds from different natural sources and nanosystems containing natural products with the capacity to in vitro or in vivo modulate fungal biofilms. The search yielded 42 articles; seven involved essential oils, two Brazilian propolis, six plant extracts and one of each, extracts from lichens and algae/cyanobacteria. Twenty articles deal with th…

Essential Oils in Limiting the Development of Various Origins of Phytopathogenic Fusarium Isolates from Wheat Kernels

2022

The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between the chemical composition of eight commercial essential oils (EsO) (grapefruit, lemongrass, tea tree (TTO), thyme, verbena, cajeput, Litsea cubeba and garlic) and their fungistatic activity in relation to four species of Fusarium from the Polish population (F. avenaceum FAPL, F. culmorum FCPL, F. graminearum FGPL and F. oxysporum FOPL) and five from the German population (F. culmorum FC1D, F. culmorum FC2D, F. graminearum FG1D, F. graminearum FG2D and F. poae FP0D). In addition, the identification of EsO as potential biofungicides. Phytopathogenic fungi obtained from infected wheat kernels. The species identification of Fusarium …

Vējauzas un parastās gaiļsāres sēklu ūdens ekstraktu ietekme uz Fusarium spp. sēņu augšanu

2021

Nezāļu sēklu uzkrāšanās augsnē būtiski ietekmē nezāļu augu skaitu aramzemē, tāpēc augsnes sēklu bankas samazināšana ir viens no veidiem, kā ilgtspējīgi kontrolēt nezāļu populācijas. Mikroorganismu darbība ir svarīgs faktors, kurš ietekmē sēklu spēju saglabāt dzīvotspēju augsnē un mikroorganismu izmantošana var palīdzēt kontrolēt nezāļu augsnes sēklu banku videi draudzīgā veidā. Taču sēklām piemīt aizsardzības mehānismi, kas samazina mikroorganismu ietekmi un palīdz sēklām ilgāk saglabāties augsnes sēklu bankā. Zināms, ka fenolu dabas savienojumi un flavonoīdi, kuri uzkrājas sēklu struktūrās, var inhibēt sēņu attīstību. Darba mērķis bija salīdzināt dažādu populāciju sēklu potenciālo spēju in…
